RETURNS

-Photos for your approval will be provided by request before shipping.  We also tend to post progress pictures on our social media accounts. Up to 2 changes are allowed within reason of the original request.  Changes outside of the original request or in excess of this will require additional payment.  If using the 50% deposit system, item must be paid in full before any requested changes are implemented.  Change requests may delay delivery.

​Standard turn around time is currently 8-12weeks, but we do offer rush orders at a fee based on availability!  Please email getsick@scenesick.com for availability for availabilty of a rush deadline- fees for a rush order vary on a case by case basis, depending on the difficulty of the design, and time needed by.


-Fit is not guaranteed if we have not done an in-person fitting.  Two alterations or repair is included in the price of your purchase If  we make an error, we will compensate your return shipping cost, with a provided receipt.- garments must be returned to us for alteration, as outr items are very heavy duty and unique and in most cases can not be handled in a normal tailor shop. We do not compensate for alterations done by 3rd parties.-

-Delivery dates are not guaranteed on international shipments as customs may interfere.  Rush orders and deadlines may require USPS express shipping or a Fedex account for international rush shipping, paid by client. 

Our minimum order for wholesale price is $1500.00(US) per order, 3 pieces per item on jackets, skirts, tops, & pants

Screen printed t-shirts must be ordered in quantities of 10 (5 shirts per design) Simple as that!

WHAT WILL AND WHAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED: 

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM TAILORED CLOTHING .

We will provide up to two life time adjustments and repairs to your garment.  Unless we agree otherwise, shipping fees will be handles by the customer.. You must return the garment exactly as you received it.

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING WHOLESALE ITEMS

If for some reason you are not pleased with the items, we will take it back within 7 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. We won't refund your money if it's not within 15 days. We do, however, take the garment's "travel time" into account when calculating the 7 day period. It doesn't start until AFTER the package was delivered to you. We WILL NOT issue a refund for the shipping fees.It may take up to 2-3 weeks for a refund to occur, due to processing and bank transfers.

Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed is your prerogative and we can't be held responsible for shipping charges if you do so.In the event of a return, insure the package with the shipper and make sure you request a proof of delivery. However, if you buy $500 worth of clothing only to return $450 of it 7 days later, we will impose a "restocking fee".

Here's how it works: If more than 50% of a large order is returned to us for a refund, we reserve the right to impose a 35% restocking fee. Therefore only 65% of what you originally paid may be refunded to the credit card on file or, if you paid by money order, via check refund. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is based on individual circumstances and cannot be predicted before the items are returned.
