What are your standard shipping methods?
Continental U.S. :
Our standard method for shipping is USPS Priority for all orders, which generally take 2-3 days in transit. You may choose an express shipping method, which will be shipped USPS Express Overnight.

International(outside USA):
Our standard method for shipping is USPS Global Priority for all orders, which generally takes 7-14 days in transit. You may choose an express shipping method, which will be shipped USPS Global Express , which generally takes 1-3 days in transit(CUSTOMS PERMITTING).

Low pro-rated shipping. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping.

What if a package is lost/stolen while in transit/delivered?

Once the item is shipped, it is out of our hands. We are not responsible for any problems the post may encounter. Depending on the customers situation, we are willing to help solve the issue.
Using standard shipping methods, how long will my product take to arrive once I've placed my order?

Orders are downloaded and processed each morning Monday thru Friday. It generally takes 8-12 weeks for an order to be shipped, sometimes less. We ship once a week, usually on a Friday. Transit time is dependent upon your location. If any concerns about transit times to your location, contact us and we'll be happy to assist.

Return & Exchange Policy
WHAT WILL AND WHAT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED:

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS ON CUSTOM TAILORED CLOTHING .

If we create an item to your specific measurement details, we will not exchange for a different size. We can only do one thing, try to alter the existing garment that was purchased. We cannot cover any shipping fees for this. We want you to be absolutely happy with your purchase, so we will do what's best for each individual order and the customers situation.

In the event of a refund - The garment must be in its original condition. No stains, smells of any sort , and in the condition as you received it. You will have 3 days after the item is delivered to request a refund.

If for some reason you are not pleased with the items, we will take it back within 7 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. We won't refund your money if it's not within 15 days. We do, however, take the garment's "travel time" into account when calculating the 7 day period. It doesn't start until AFTER the package was delivered to you. We WILL NOT issue a refund for the shipping fees.It may take up to 2-3 weeks for a refund to occur, due to processing and bank transfers.
Changing your mind about an item or an order you placed is your prerogative and we can't be held responsible for shipping charges if you do so.In the event of a return, insure the package with the shipper and make sure you request a proof of delivery. However, if you buy $500 worth of clothing only to return $450 of it 7 days later, we will impose a "restocking fee".

Here's how it works: If more than 50% of a large order is returned to us for a refund, we reserve the right to impose a 35% restocking fee. Therefore only 65% of what you originally paid may be refunded to the credit card on file or, if you paid by money order, via check refund. Whether or not a restocking fee is applied is based on individual circumstances and cannot be predicted before the items are returned.
