If we create an item to your specific measurement details, we will NOT exchange for a different size. We can only do one thing, try to alter the existing garment that was purchased. We will not cover ANY shipping fees for this. Alternation fees will also be applied. Alternations are $25.00 per hour.
In the event of a refund (at our fault)… THE GARMENT MUST BE IN ITS ORIGINAL CONDITION. NO BODY FUNK/DRY SKIN FLAKES, FOOD STAINS, RANK SMELLS, CIGARETTE SMOKE, DEODORANT, LOTION, FILTH, STENCH, OR STAIN OF ANY KIND SHOULD HAVE COME INTO CONTACT WITH OUR MERCHANDISE IF YOU WANT TO SEND IT BACK!!
You must return the garment exactly as you received it.
PLEASE READ BEFORE RETURNING WHOLESALE ITEMS:
If for some reason you are not pleased with the items, we will take it back within 7 days of the date you received it and an exchange or a refund will be granted. We won't refund your money if it's not within 15 days. We do, however, take the garment's "travel time" into account when calculating the 7 day period. Therefore only 65% of what you originally paid may be refunded to the credit card on file or, if you paid by money order, via check refund.
